Higashiyamate "Chikyukan"
Chikyukan is a place for international and cultural exchange between Japanese citizens and foreign residents in Nagasaki. Its building is the one of "Western-style Houses in Higashiyamate", that are cultural assets of Nagasaki City. In Chikyukan started in June 1997, as well as various intercultural exchange programs, you can enjoy tastes of the foods from foreign countries on weekends and holidays.

Access by Streetcar
Take #5 tram bound for Ishibashi and come to the terminus. (Streetcar Map) Go across the main road and go strait to the Oura Community Center, then go up the Hollander Slope. Chikyukan is in the middle of the slope on the left side.
Access by Car
Chikyukan does not have parking lots. "P" marks in the map indicate the location of toll parking lots near Chikyukan. Please use these parking lots when you come to Chikyukan by car.
